TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION
By registering for and participating in this Live Q&A, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
• Because our responses assume a certain level of advanced hypnotherapy knowledge and skill, the Q&A is available to IIH graduates i.e. you have taken and passed the IIH end-of-course regression exam.
Disclaimer of Association:
• This Live Q&A is not associated with any Hypnotherapy or Coach Training program in any way, including but not limited to HMI, IIH, IAIH, Tiny Habits, RMT, Duke, ICF etc.
• We do not work for any Training or Coaching program or organization and do not represent any information shared during the Live Q&A as training or certification in any field. The information shared by the hosts and participants of the Q&A is simply to provide support, expansion, and practical advice to practitioners.
• CEUs and certificates of attendance are not provided for the Live Q&A.
Payment, Cancellations and Refunds:
• Full payment is required to secure your spot in the Live Q&A.
• Refunds are available for cancellation requests made up to 48 hours or more before the call. Email [email protected] to request a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the call.
Recordings and Confidentiality:
• Sessions are recorded and will only be distributed to those participants who paid for that Live Q&A.
• You must join the meeting with your video on and first and last name disclosed so we may verify your identity. Prior to pressing record, we will give you the opportunity to turn off your video and set your name to whatever you like. If you do not wish to be recorded, at that time, you should set your video to "Off" and use a pseudonym for your screen name.
• Participants agree not to download, share, or distribute recordings.
• Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' shared experiences.
Nature of Advice:
• The information provided during these calls is for professional development purposes only.
• It does not constitute formal educational training or certification, professional or medical advice.
• Participants are responsible for how they apply the information in their practice.
Intellectual Property:
• All materials provided are the intellectual property of HypnoTips, Dani Fox, Lori Burke and its facilitators and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Code of Conduct:
• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully and honor the confidentiality of all participants.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
• No armchair coaching. If you don’t like the response we have provided, the Q&A is not a time to debate it. The chat box is not a forum to debate the response.
• The Live Q&A is not an opportunity to market your service through Chat.
Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless
• Neither HypnoTips, Dani Fox, Lori Burke and its facilitators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from participation in the calls.
• By participating, you agree to hold harmless HypnoTips, Dani Fox, Lori Burke and its facilitators from any liability that may arise from participating in the Live Q&A.
Changes to the Program:
• We reserve the right to modify the structure, content, or schedule with reasonable notice to participants.
Privacy Policy:
• Participant information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
Governing Law:
• These terms and conditions are governed by North Carolina.
Acceptance of Terms:
• By participating in the Live Q&A, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
• Once a month Q&A over Zoom with two seasoned practitioners to answer questions relevant to the practice of hypnotherapy and coaching.
• Any question is fair game.
• Responses are not limited to those which may align with your specific hypnotherapy or coaching program.
• Discussion may include reference to techniques and protocols outside your area of training.
• Depending on the nature of your question, we reserve the right to refer you out to a more appropriate resource i.e. Marketing and SEO questions will be directed to a Marketing and SEO professional. Please understand if we refer you out to someone, their time is not an extension of the support we are providing you or that you have paid for in the Q&A Session. There may be costs associated with the support and service provided by whomever you are referred to. We make no warranties about the support and service provided by 3rd parties you may be referred to.
• 7pm to 9pm Eastern / 4pm to 6pm PST every last Monday of the Month.
• If the last Monday of the month falls on a traditionally observed holiday or during a traditionally observed Holiday week, the Live Q&A will be rescheduled for later in the week or not scheduled at all.
• Please check the HypnoTips Calendar for 2024 and 2025 dates.
• Because our responses assume a certain level of advanced hypnotherapy knowledge and skill, the Q&A is available to IIH graduates i.e. you have taken and passed the IIH end-of-course regression exam.
• Prior to signing up you will be asked to verify your training.
• We will verify training prior to sending the link to register and pay.
• Complete the form above. You will receive an email to register with a payment link after we have verified your training.
• When you sign up, you are signing up for just that month's Live Q&A.
• The cost to attend is $20 per Live Q&A, paid in advance.
• You may sign up to 1 hour prior to the call, however we cannot be responsible for delays in Zoom sending the link information in time.

• You Have to Have Skin in the Game: Your investment in mentoring and coaching is an investment in yourself. By committing financially, you are also more likely to be committed to the process and motivated to achieve your desired outcomes.

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• Use a device with a microphone and speakers (or headphones).
• Click the link provided in the Zoom confirmation.
• Registration and attendance on the Q&A does not guarantee your question will be answered live.
• We truly value your dedication to expanding your knowledge and skills. Please understand, while we would love to provide detailed responses to all questions, time may simply not permit. This format allows us to offer thorough, personalized advice and maintain the high quality of support our graduates deserve within the time allowed. We will do the best we can with our given resources.
How Are Questions Submitted:
• If you want to have your question answered you have to be on the call that day.
• All participants will be let in the room at the same time. The Q&A question box will be open as soon as you are let in the room. Type your question in the Q&A box - not the chat box.
• Questions are handled on a first come first serve basis.
• If we get through all the questions and there is more time, we can do an open Q&A.
How We Answer Questions:
• Our priority is to address questions submitted in the order in which they are received during the live Q&A and to provide a response to the requestor that satisfies their need for information and understanding.
• We will check for that satisfaction prior to moving on to the next question.
Submitter Piggy Back Questions:
• We understand that responses may create more questions by the requester as well as the attendees. If the Piggy Back question is asked by the person who asked the question, it needs to be in the frame of looking for clarity or simple expansion. Not a new question all together. New questions should be submitted via the Q&A box.
• Attendees who have not submitted questions but who are on the call for the experience and info, may have questions about the response to the submitter’s question. Please understand that our priority is to get through all of the questions submitted via the Q&A first. If you have a question about something you heard in one of the responses, please put it in Q&A box. If there is time, we will address it. The last 15 minutes will be devoted to questions about the responses provided. If your follow-up question is not addressed and you would still like it addressed, please attend the next Live Q&A and submit your question at the start of the session or book mentoring time.
• Following the Live Q&A, if you paid for that month's access, you will receive a link for that recording.
