Refund Policy Shallow Dives and Deep Dives

We strive to provide exceptional value in all of our courses and programs. Please carefully review our refund policy below before enrolling.

REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE ONLINE COURSES

Refunds are not issued once course materials have been sent out.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and received no later than 11:59 PM EST by the deadlines listed below. Telephone requests will not be honored. Refund requests will be processed as follows:

Received at least 72 hours prior to the course start date: Full refund, less a $35 administrative fee per participant.

Received less than 72 hours before the course start date or after the course has started: No refunds will be issued unless the course is canceled.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

TRANSFER POLICY

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty or transfer your registration to a different course. To do so, email your registration confirmation and a request for transfer to [email protected] including the new participant's name and contact information or the course you wish to take instead. The new participant must be an IIH Graduate unless otherwise approved.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Hard Copy Materials: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Physical CDs or recordings may only be returned if defective.

Electronic Materials: E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT:

Please notify us in advance before returning any product to confirm the return address and process. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend insuring your shipment to ensure it arrives safely. If you feel you qualify for a refund or partial credit, please email your request to [email protected] for review.
